GENERAL NOTES:
1. All wall framing 90×45 MGP10 studs at 450 crs. Double top plate all walls.
2. Floor joists 100×50 F7 at 450 crs. Subfloor 19mm H3 particle board glued + screwed.
3. Loft joists 140×45 LVL at 400 crs — confirm with engineer for 400kg+ live load.
4. Stump posts 125×125 H5 hardwood in concrete, min 500mm below NGL.
5. Outbuilding positions indicative — adjust to suit site drainage and prevailing wind.
6. ROOF PITCH: 28° specified to achieve adequate loft headroom for 1900mm occupant.
